The factory is located in national-grade Xixian new district, Xi‘ An City, Shaanxi Province, where production facilities cover a total area of 1.66 million with more than 2, 000 employees. The company is a modern tyre manufacturing enterprise, which was built and funded with 4.85 billion RMB by Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group in 2008.
